Joint in-person 60 to 70 mins
- The session for couples and groups of three is held in Remuera Auckland, 1050, for 60 to 70 minutes allowing us to end whenever feels appropriate.
- If this session is being held before 1 November 2025 the session fee is $195. If the session is after 1 November 2025 the fee is $230 inc GST.
- Fee is payable on the day.

On own in-person 50 mins
- The session for individuals is held in Remuera Auckland, 1050 and is for 50 minutes.
- If this session is being held before 1 November 2025 the session fee is $145. If the session is after 1 November 2025 the fee is $175 inc GST.
- Fee is payable on the day.

- The session for couples is held on Zoom. The sessions are 60 minutes.

- The session for an individual is for 50 minutes held on Zoom.
