Many people believe that the first step in seeking help is the hardest and, therefore, might need the most courage.
Your first step was acknowledging that you needed counselling and coaching. The next step was exploring for a suitable counsellor fit.
When you book me, you will have completed your third step! So, step by step, you are already progressing. From here on I am alongside your journey to make it easier for you.
You are welcome to book now** directly to my calendar. Otherwise, if you prefer a 10 to 15 minute introductory call before booking, get in touch by text or email.
**Please review the relevant information that will form our contract, available on the Pricing & Booking Policy page. Once you book a session, our commitments to each other will be sent to you by email.
Book now direct to my calendar
After clicking the Book Now button, choose a booking type related to whether you are on your own or coming along with others in your relationship: couples, partners, colleagues, or family.
Then select a date and time that works for you.
On the form please provide your contact details, and if coming with someone else, their name and contact details.
Once you have completed your booking please read the detail carefully, as the information gives you our contract as well as information for on the day.
We meet in Bell Road for in-person appointments, and on Zoom (hosted by me) for online appointments.
I’d find some details helpful; like your name, phone number and some options of when you can take a call.
My phone is generally set to silent. Voice mails are not always clear so please rather text or email.
I check emails and texts regularly between sessions, and endeavour to answer within a few hours during normal business hours.
What if I'm in crisis?
If you’re experiencing a crisis to the extent your life or someone else’s is in danger, it’s best you don’t wait for our first appointment. Please contact 111 or a crisis helpline immediately.
