Many people believe that the first step in seeking help is the hardest and, therefore, might need the most courage.  

Your first step was acknowledging that you needed counselling and coaching. The next step was exploring for a suitable counsellor fit. 

When you book me, you will have completed your third step! So, step by step, you are already progressing. From here on I am alongside your journey to make it easier for you.

If you live within reach of Ōhinerau / Mt Hobson, Auckland, you are welcome in person. Otherwise book for an online session.

We meet in Bell Road for in-person appointments, and on Zoom (hosted by me) for online appointments.

My phone is generally set to silent. Voice mails are not always clear so please rather text or email.

I check emails and texts regularly between sessions, and endeavour to answer within a few hours during normal business hours.
