On own in-person standard

  • The session for individuals is held in Remuera Auckland, 1050 and is for 50 minutes.
  • Cost is $145 payable on the day.

On own in-person longer

  • The session for individuals is held in Remuera Auckland, 1050 and is for up to 75 minutes.
  • Cost is $195 payable on the day.

Joint Zoom

  • The session for couples is held on Zoom. The sessions typically last 60 minutes. When energy and focus remain high, we can extend up to 75 minutes.
  • Cost is $195 payable on the day.

On own Zoom

  • The session for an individual is for 50 minutes held on Zoom. 
  • Cost is $145 payable on the day.
